About

Monika Narušytė is a product designer and founder based in Europe with 8+ years of experience across UX/UI, brand identity, design systems, and product strategy. She has designed mobile and desktop apps, websites, and AI-powered consumer products, built production websites with Claude Code and Astro, and led UX research for Telia's global design system. She co-founded Fragile, a strategy and marketing studio serving clients across education, retail, and leisure, and co-founded Nuar, a social commerce app for local food.

How I work

I'm most useful when there's no playbook yet. I've spent most of my career as the only designer in the room — working directly with founders and engineers, making decisions without a research team or a PM to fall back on. I design end-to-end: research, flows, UI, brand, marketing, and increasingly, the code. I build production sites with Claude Code, design in Figma, and make decisions in both. I care about the details people feel but can't name — structure, rhythm, tone.
